A look at things that you read here first.

You read here that the Manteca Unified School Board's plan to charge "$2 a day to ride the school bus" was just a propaganda threat, to frighten people into voting them a raise. Jackie wrote it would "quietly go away." I didn't know it would only take 8 days after the election! Read more at Measure M.
You can also read about how, back in October, I wrote that the "hype" about the terrible flu season was just a ploy to sell the new expensive vaccine. See Flu Attack!
You can also read about the tragedy in the Larch-Clover neighborhood. The humble people in this enclave were living relatively independent lives. That is, until the City of Tracy saw the land and coveted it. Now, as I predicted back in October, lives are being crushed and people are at risk of losing their homes.
Manteca bond , supposed to fix the "falling apart" schools, is going to lavish pay raises for administrators..
